Healthy Cookies Recipe

I love cookies! Specially the chocolate ones ❤. I got this recipe a couple of years ago from my nutritionist and it’s really delicious – and fit. Also a great way to reduce sweet cravings. You’ll need:

  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa

If you don’t have Cocoa 100% Cocoa you can use another chocolate powder like Ovaltine or Nesquik and decrease the amount of honey. Also prefer honey 100% honey and, if possible, organic. 

Mix everything using a blender or mixer.

Then make little portions using a spoon or whatever way you prefer and put in a pan. You can use wax paper or spray coconut oil like I did.

Preheat the oven to 350º. Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

The recipe makes 9-12 cookies.
